What is the AAUP?
We are both:
The collective bargaining agent that negotiates the wages and working conditions of part-time and full-time teaching faculty, librarians, counselors, coaches and athletic trainers.
The professional organization that works to advance academic freedom and shared governance, to define fundamental professional values and standards for higher education, and to ensure higher education's contribution to the common good.
WCSU - AAUP is a chapter of the Connecticut State University - AAUP bargaining unit.
