For the life of the August 20, 1993 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors and the Board of Trustees for the Connecticut State University, the parties agree that pursuant to Article 10.4 of said agreement instructional load credit shall be given as indicated below.

(1) The credit hour equivalent for instruction in nursing and clinical practice laboratories is one (1) in-class hour equals three quarters (3/4) hour load credit.

(2) Workload credit for laboratory preparation shall be determined by the Dean of Professional Studies in consultation with the Chair of Nursing.

(3) In addition, twenty-four (24) reassigned load credits may be assigned during the academic year by the Dean of Professional Studies in consultation with the Chair of Nursing to cover administrative and quasi-administrative duties performed by full-time Nursing Department members.
