For the life of the August 20, 1993 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors and the Board of Trustees for the Connecticut State University, the parties agree that pursuant to Article 10.4 of said agreement, the following instructional activities shall receive the load credit indicated.

1. The instructor of SW 200 shall receive one (1) additional load credit beyond that attributable to the lecture section for purposes of identifying field experiences for students enrolled and for follow-up on student activity in these field experiences.

2. The instructor of SW 306 shall receive one (1) load credit for the weekly hour long seminar and the instructor(s) shall receive one fifth (1/5) load credit for each student supervised in the practicum.

3. The instructor of SW 320 and SW 321 shall receive two (2) load credits for the weekly two hour seminar and the instructor(s) shall receive one third (1/3) load credit for each student supervised in the practicum.
