Introducing the WCSU Alumni Travel Program
Alumni can now take advantage of wonderful travel opportunities and day trips while supporting their alma mater. Travel with a group of friends or former classmates or book a more intimate reservation. The following trips are available in 2010:
June 5, 2010
Depart WCSU's Midtown campus at 9 a.m. for estimated arrival at Mohonk Mountain House at 11 a.m. Cost TBD. Trip includes: presentation about the history of Mohonk Mountain House, picnic lunch, coupon for discounts in the gift shop and greenhouse, a magnet momento, and tea and cookies. We will depart back to Danbury at 4 p.m.
National Parks Tour
Looming mountains, natural wonders, and historic mining towns – the American
West offers travel treasures for adventurers of all kinds! Enjoy nine
thrilling days touring the Midwest. Experience it all from rugged frontier
towns of the Old West to spectacular vistas in some of the country's most
beautiful national parks. Sights include: Temple Square and the Great Salt
Lake, Snake River float trip through Grand Teton National Park, the Jackson
Rodeo, Yellowstone National Park, Buffalo Bill Historical Center, Devils
Tower, Deadwood and Boot Hill, the Badlands with a tour of the Crazy Horse
memorial, and Mt. Rushmore.
Departure date: July 8, 2010
Trip includes 9 days and 11 meals, a professional tour manager, round trip airport transfers upon arrival and $45 in Mayflower Money. Per person rates (land only):
