Alfiya Menconi (2008)
| Alfiya Menconi
graduated with a BA in Art, majoring in Illustration and Graphic Design. She
attended the State Pedagogical Institute in Naberezhnye Chelny for her first
3 years of college, where she received a full 5-year scholarship for fine
arts. She then transferred to WCSU, where she just completed another 2.5
years. Alfiya graduated with 170 credits.....but has a
double major of Illustration and Graphic Design.
Her 5 year college program in Russia, would
have given her a teaching certificate as well to be able to teach Art in
high school. So it was really like going to school for teaching with a
concentration in fine arts to be able to teach fine arts and be a fine arts
high school teacher. |

Alfiya's husband graduated WCSU with an AS in Criminal Justice, a BS in
Justice and Law Administration and a BA in Psychology. He can be reached at
