Patricia Barkman (1972)
| Pat Barkman owns and operates
Lakeside Gallery in Newtown. Pat taught technical communications, including
interpersonal , business and professional speaking, for thirty years.
She received her Ph. D. in English (communications) in 1981 and also
received a second masters during that time.
Besides her art, Pat runs book discussion groups throughout the State for the Connecticut Humanities Library Council. For the 2003 SCAN Annual Art Show, Pat was the co-chair.
