Szucs was born and raised in Hungary, Europe until the age of 19. She
decided to gain some real life experience, meet new people and travel
overseas. For three years she was taking art classes such as pottery and
printmaking and also worked on my English language skills. By 1995 she
settled down in Connecticut and enrolled in the arts program at WCSU.
She graduated in 1998 with Magna Cum Laude with a Photography Art degree and
was ready to tackle the photography world. She started working in one hour photo stores and worked her way up to manager and photographer positions. In 2001 she moved to New York City and started working as a freelance photographer photographing children and families, weddings and models. She continued to take classes to learn new methods and techniques such as Polaroid Transfer. She loves working as a photographer and says "I record images of people who trust my knowledge and vision to show them the way I see them through my camera lens." |
