The Observation Deck Program allows us to observe each others' classes for ideas and techniques to incorporate into our individual teaching styles.

1. Sign up, and let observers visit your classes. You select which classes allow visitors.

2. You can visit the selected classes of any other members of the program.

3. Please ask the member in advance if it's all right to visit on a particular day (don't surprise them).

4. You can visit any classes listed in the program (not just people who have observed you).

6. There is no obligation. Visit as many or few classes as you like. There is no report to write.

5. No evaluating! These observations are for the benefit of the observer, not the observed.
