Maintenance
Routine building maintenance is handled by the department of Maintenance Trades and Minor Capital Projects. This office is located in the Boiler House. Services provided include all general trades work, such as carpentry, electrical, masonry, plumbing, painting and skilled maintenance.
The department coordinates and manages the maintenance work order system for the university. Requests for any routine maintenance work can be sent via Maintenance Direct. Please contact Bill McDevitt for an account code and password, if you have not already received one.
In the event of an emergency, please contact Bill McDevitt at 203.837.8425 during business hours. After hours, please contact the university police department at 203.837.9300.
