Medical Guidelines For International Students
The
Connecticut State University System Health Form must be
completed entirely.
A physical examination must be done
within one year prior to
entering the University.
The following immunizations are required by law:
Tetanus booster (Td) - updated within the last ten years.
Measles, Mumps, Rubella Vaccine: all students born after
1956 must present documentation of
immunity. (See requirements
on the Health Form.)
The Tuberculosis Risk Assessment Form must be completed
as part of the Health Record.
Meningococcal (MCV 4) Vaccine - is required for students living in the
residence halls.
Hepatitis B Vaccine series is not required but is highly recommended.
