Due to the scary weather predicted for Homecoming Day, the majority of outdoor festivities have moved indoors. Please see events below for updates.
Visit the
Athletic Hall of Fame
Stop by the WCSU Athletic Hall of Fame.
The Hall of Fame will be open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Front of O'Neill
Center, WCSU Westside campus. This self-guided tour is free and open to
the public.
WCSU Volleyball vs. Babson
9 a.m., O'Neill Center, WCSU Westside campus.
Alumni and Friends Circle Rededication
Come celebrate the growth of the Alumni & Friends Circle as we
rededicate the Circle and welcome those who have dedicated items there.
9:30 a.m., Warner Hall, Alumni & Friends Circle (brick circle outside of Old
Main), WCSU Midtown campus. Free and open to alumni, students, parents,
faculty and staff. Continental breakfast will be provided following the

Student & Parent Leadership Reception
Please join us for a reception to recognize our new student campus
leaders. Additionally, representatives from other administrative offices
will be available for informal questions and answers. Refreshments will
be served. Free and open to student leaders and their families. 10

Homecoming Tailgate Party
Gather with friends and former classmates for a tailgating party prior
to the Homecoming football game. Click here for the university's

alumni, faculty,

Homecoming Carnival (CANCELLED)
Round up the family and join students, parents, alumni, family and
friends at the Homecoming Carnival. Ride include: Scat, Sizzler,
Swinger, Bungee Jump, Obstacle Course, Slide, Bungee Run, Bounce, Helmet
Football & Football Toss. Sponsored by the Student Government
Association.
11 a.m., O'Neill Center Parking Lot, WCSU Westside campus. WCSU
students free; $5/person all day general admission.
Homecoming Football: Colonials vs. Brockport State
Noon, Westside Athletic Complex, WCSU Westside campus. Admission is $6 for
adults
and $4 for seniors age 55 and over and children age 12 and under.
Open to the public.
Alumni Hospitality Tent
Celebrate with fellow alumni and partake in some good cheer.

Street Fair
Support WestConn’s student organizations at this Homecoming
tradition. Sponsored by the Student Government Association.

Homecoming Harvest Dinner Barbecue
Join the WestConn community for a Homecoming barbecue. Menu
includes: Vegetarian Chili, BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork, Mac & Cheese, Corn
on the Cob, Pasta Salad, Pumpkin Break, Hot Cocoa, Ice Tea, Soda and
Water.
Co-sponsored by the Student Government Association.

campus. Both locations will be available for meal swipe. Non-meal plan

Observatory event: A
Closer Look at Cygnus the Swan
WestConn will host a planetarium show, "Early Autumn Skies,"
followed by telescope viewing of Jupiter, Neptune, Uranus, the moon and
the autumn sky.

Haunted Hill

Are you afraid of haunted houses? Then beware! Take a walk
through WestConn's Haunted Hill and be prepared for the scare of your
life. Not for the faint-hearted.

Homecoming After Party (Must be 18 to attend)
The WCSU Black Student Alliance will host their Homecoming After Party.
