Housing Application    document

In order to live on campus, every potential resident must complete and submit a Housing Application by the appropriate due date.

Special Housing Accommodations:  Instructions document and Application document

Students who require housing accommodations must fill out the application and present appropriate documentation. See below for documentation guidelines. This application form must be approved by one of the following offices:

  • AccessAbility Services: For students with any disability, addiction or chronic illness

  • Counseling Center: For students with a psychological disability or addiction

  • Health Services: For students with a medical disability or chronic illness

Housing Withdrawal Form document

As soon as a resident makes the decision to begin living off campus, this form should be submitted to the Housing Office.

Guest Visit Parental Permission Form document

Guests under the age of 18 may be permitted to spend the night with a sibling or friend by providing a completed parental permission form, which must be submitted to the H & RL office no later than 24 hours before the overnight. 

If you are providing permission for a child to visit for the weekend, please be sure that you have faxed the form to the Housing & Residence Life Office by noon on Friday.  Forms that come in after that time cannot be guaranteed to be delivered, and the guests will be refused at the Information Desks.

Housing & Residence Life Guide 2009-2010 document

The H&RL Guide covers a wide variety of topics that affect life on campus, ranging from residence hall staff and student leadership opportunities to roommate conflict resolution and visitation policies.

Student Code of Conduct  document

This book offers information about University regulations, students rights and judicial procedures. This is a must read for every student on campus.
