In the event that you forget your password, you may have it reset at any of the staffed computer facilities. Your student ID is required.

If you enter the wrong password more than 3 times, your account with become locked. If you are entering the correct password wait ten minutes and it will unlock it self.

If your account becomes locked because of an incorrect password, visit any of the staffed computer labs to have your password reset.
