The President-to-President Scholarships

For a graduating Naugatuck Valley Community College student who has been accepted to WestConn. Awarded for academic excellence (3.3 GPA), and commitment to continued pursuit of higher education at WCSU as a full-time student.  Student will receive in-state tuition and fees for two years.
